Client Review on iQ Marketing Solutions

The website created for the non-profit organization I represent was clean, simple, and a functional tool for potential clients to view boasting a search result that was shown on the first page of a it's particular google search. However, that is where the service ended. After 3 weeks of calling and leaving multiple voicemails with IQ. There has been no response what so ever. Our organization even left multiple messages on multiple phone numbers that time sensitive changes need to be made to the website and links needed to be updated. Still, no response. Our organization is looking to expand and grow and increase it's attraction and productivity. Unfortunately, this seems of no concern to IQ. While the web design is good, the customer service is certainly lacking.
