Horrid experience interviewing for part time appointment setter job. The first interview was by phone, where I told director that I could get an an appointment with anyone over the phone. He called me back for 2nd interview where I spent an hour of interrogation by 2 owners and director of company on how I get appointments with anyone and what do I say, what do I do. Then called back for third interview with two owners and director again, asking me to role play on the phone, so they can see how I manage to get appointments. Each interview was an hour. Then after role playing on the phone in front of all 3, the owner could not commit to hiring me, so he said to go home find a list if 100 people to call, make a spread sheet, print it out and come back to the office and make calls in front of them with no pay and no commitment to hire me.
