We have been using iSharpe for our home and business needs for several years now. There is NO ONE else we will let handle those needs after working with Alan (owner of iSharpe). Alan is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is very responsive and handles any and all issues very quickly. We have never had an issue where we have had to call him back for something he fixed going wrong or bad again. He fixes it the first time and we run smoothly afterwards. Alan replaced the hard drive on my 6 year old iMac. He finished a day ahead of schedule and basically gave me a brand new computer for $350. Super reasonable...great service...great guy!

Alan is the BEST! First, he noticed he had missed a call from my number, so called me back within the hour. Then he was able to diagnose my laptop problem over the phone and helped me fix it myself pretty much immediately.
