iSolve Mobility a division of iSolve Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd. designed and developed a mobile application for Lonmin that allow stakeholders to get up to the date information on Key Performance Indicators from their live sites. iSolve developed our customer care system to the high standard that we expect at Kia Motors. We received professional and prompt service throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much for the team and they always delivered as promised.The system that was developed is a web-based portal that we manage all customers complaints on, we have a network of 69 dealers to which we record and allocate the cases to.
