There services is just the worst. Every month the 15th they throttle me. In the beginning of the month I get what I payed for (6Mb/s) and in the middle of the month thy throttle me to 3Mb/s. My current speed is 0.50Mb/s 🙅🙅😡

The staff at the office is tremendously rude and unhelpful.I called earlier today to inquire to the internet they are offering, not sure if I dialed the correct number as I was greeted horrendouslyI decided to go to their shop only to be told that no one is available to assist me and that a information leaflet can't be printed as the printer is not working.Thank you for your effort in assisting me.
