Fantastic customer service on such short notice. I originally had placed my order with a different company and had a god awful experience with them. They told me that they weren't willing to wait 5 minutes after closing time to assure that I got my product as this was a birthday gift for my wife. I got there 2 minutes after closing and they had already left.I was scrambling looking for another company and found ISS, Inc. They were more than willing to help out even on such short notice. I felt bad about coming in on a Friday which happened to be Cinco De Mayo, so late in the day but I had just gotten off work and drove from Cambridge fighting traffic. He was so willing to go the extra mile to make sure my needs were taken care of and gave me a more than fair price. From now on, my business will only be with ISS, Inc. Superb customer service, incredibly nice, let me watch the process and everything. I'd rate them higher if I could.Thanks for making my wife's day on her birthday. She loved the print of our family portrait that was printed out.
