I run a small flying club in the middle of Ireland. Before I made contact with IT Pragmatix our website was historic and our site support was in complete disarray. Fiona and Ciaran took us in hand and helped us to completely rebuild our website. Now it is now a real asset as a revenue stream for our club and as an information resource for our members. What I found particularly helpful was that Fiona and Ciaran presented the technical choices and problems we met along the way in a language that we could understand. My experience was that some web builders and IT people like to hide behind jargon when it suits them. That was not our experience with IT Pragmatix.They honoured in full the deal we made from the beginning. The website came in on time and on budget. Any 'extras' were clearly explained and were left up to us to decide. Finally, the best aspect of dealing with Fiona and Ciaran was that they always returned e-mails and phone calls. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would happily work with them again.
