Communicative, approachable and delivers the agreed output within agreed timeline.We engaged them to help us write a program to extract required data from a daily / monthly attendance cum door access report. There were some issues in the results (output file) at the initial stages due to the complexity of the report (input file). Ken was very kind, responsive and responsible to study the issue together with us to find a better solution which will produce 99.9% accuracy in the output file. We decided to change the input file format which means the initial coding has to be revamped, close to rewriting a new program. The final product is very good. Output is highly accurate. I have tested using actual 2 weeks data. All output results accurate. With this program we can save the precious staff time from manually look through the door access records which was tedious and time consuming.Highly recommended for those looking for data process solutions or computerising part of work process.
