I like getting Ithaca to go. It's a good convience . But multiple times I have been told they don't have change to time back to me. I'm all for tipping I wouldn't like if I weren't .But when my order is $42 and all I can give is $60. It would be nice to have some of my chang back .

scammy company, high fees for buyer & doesn't pay their drivers enough + charges rental on car topper and bags. to all buyers find another delivery service, to all drivers drive for someone else guaranteed to make more delivering pizza.

This is a very bad company!!!!!!!!!!!! They got our orders wrong and charged it wrong. And they only refunded us 20 bucks and refused to be responsible. I called them many times with no results. And I found another commenter also had the same problem. Please do not order food via them! This is a trap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They’ll deliver to your address once and then tell you they no longer deliver to you. Go elsewhere! If you ask for a managers number they’ll tell you “they talked to them” and then end your chat. They have awful customer service
