Feedback:

So easy to work with and they fixed in 10 minutes what Toshiba (my laptop manufacturer) and Verizon could not fix - and that was after spending a combined 3.5 hours with Toshiba and Verizon. UGGG.I also attended a ITM Webinar today about Google Docs and Google Calendar that was extremely helpful. Amazing how many free tools Google has for small business owners like myself. Thank you ITM for fantastic technical support. Iwill definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Well I already have, but I will continue to recommend you.
