If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and unreliable service. I paid the owner a $100 deposit to do my website. Over 2 months have passed and nothing has been done. I have left several messages and emails. No response. The owner, Ivy Stokes, finally got back to me 2 weeks ago and said "I have no problem issuing you a refund." She never gave me an explanation as to what happened. I was happy that she was willing to issue me a refund. Yet it has been over 3 weeks, several messages and phone calls were made, and still -- nothing. I expected better. She just took my money. Be very cautious using this company. If/when my refund is issued, I will remove this post.
