I'm a small business owner of Firewood Solutions and The Wood Commission.After my web developer retired I was in need of a company to do my maintenance.As Firewood season is upon us I was scrambling to get my site updated.I e mailed IWD on the weekend and had a follow up call today to review my needs.After a brief call I was able to choose a pay as I play package.I asked if I could have the changes made by end of business (it was noon).I was told if I had the information to them by 3 pm it would be done today.At 3:41pm they were done! Exceptional customer experience at a great price! Highly recommended.

Endeavour partnered with IWD to redesign our website (endeavourvolunteer.ca) in celebration of our 10th anniversary, to better reflect our Canadian leadership in the pro bono and skills-based volunteering field, and to achieve a more up-to-date look along with a more user-friendly design. Our key contact, Kelvin, has provided excellent client service from the development to launch, as well as the ongoing maintenance of our site. He is very knowledgeable and extremely responsive, and worked diligently to ensure we launched our new website in time for Pro Bono Week. We are also very pleased with the work by their designer. We are very impressed and happy with IWD's service and relationship, and would highly recommend them.

IWD manages a "transparency" website for us that hosts a large number of documents for public viewing. They were very helpful in setting up the site, and Kelvin has been very responsive updating the site from time to time. Great service!
