Staff and drivers are friendly but the villa itself is sub-standard. The heater for the shower does not work. The cable unit for the tv initially did not work. Had to get the staff to fix it. Lots of mosquitoes. We asked for mosquito coils and the staff said they only had 5 coils with 1 stand for us to share with 3 villa units. And.... there was a rat running around my unit. Breakfast food was also sub-standard.

Had a family style babymoon at Lagoi Bay Villas. Friendly staff, would like to highlight especially their driver named Randa, who is a honest n caring person. The stay is fantastic, like their private pool and bathtub. The only thing that I can criticize is perhaps they can have more choices on breakfast.
