Last week my laptop not only crashed, but shorted out with the touch pad and keyboard, and locked up in my down load box. I am a solo practicing lawyer and while there was another computer to keep going on, pretty much everything I operated with and that is configured for me was on that laptop. I called Larry Etzler at J L Computers, Inc. and he remotely accessed my computer, came to my office, purchased a replacement laptop, programed it overnight, and had it running in my office with all the icons in the same place on the desktop and everything else operating just as it had been - ALL IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS! INCREDIBLE! He knew the critical position I was in and he fixed it now. I have used his services for three years and am very satisfied and recommend J L Computers, Inc. to you.
