Terrible service, poor business, don't trust. Took 13 beta tapes to be converted to DVD over a year ago. Called 2 months out was informed beta machine broke. Called 4 months out...still broke. Called 8 months, yes we will work on them 10,11 called 6 times left message etc. No response. Finally went and picked up was told beta machine broke.....what a joke this place is.Update: 5 years later owner finally followed up on review, never reached out any other time to address my concerns. This magnifies the problem with this business. Poor communication and lack thereof. I was able to take the tapes to Sam's club where they performed the service flawlessly and at a very affordable cost. The negative response below shows the type of person who runs the business.

If you are looking for good service stay clear.Before purchasing their Groupon I called to see if they would have them in time for Christmas and they said "no problem". I sent videos to be transferred to DVD in early Nov .I left a message because I needed special instructions to send info and never heard back. Tried a second time left a message, then a 3rd still no response. Finally after a fourth call I talked to a gentleman explained everything he said things were good and they would have them done within a couple days. After weeks of not hearing from them I called and the same guy answered and acted like it was all new to him. Long story short, after many calls I didn't get them till Jan . Use Legacy Box I had theirs back with no hassle in 2 weeks.

I have used JR Productions at least 10-15 times over the last 20 years. I did a couple photo collages with music for birthday and Christmas gifts... had tons of my parents old 8mm film reels transferred to VHS... then went back years later and had JR transfer them again to DVD. They also did our old camcorder tapes. I have always been satisfied with their work and have never had a problem. The guys are super friendly and prices are very competitive.
