If I could provide 6 stars I would. This company goes out of their way to meet the customers need and to even go way beyond. I had an emergency security signage need and Jack Stone Signs performed a flawless install even days ahead of our urgent date. I would recommend this company to anyone.

If I could provide zero stars I would, to match the zero customer service this company has. My company has had repeated issues with you all. Just recently, we placed an order for a new sign to be placed at our front entrance due to security issues. We were told that someone would be out 3/13/18 and install our sign. Not only did they not show up, they did not even call to reschedule us. When emailed to find out what happened, the response we received from a Justin Wyman, was that because a job they had in Germantown cancelled, we would have to be rescheduled and also that the scheduler they had was out due to a death. Any reputable company would or should always have a backup plan and not just leave the customer high and dry. Next, with Justin answer not being acceptable we then reached out to his boss or "immediate" supervisor Trevor Stone, who is a complete joke like the entire company. He did not even answer the phone but responded via email stating and I quote "Were are busy. Our installation department head had a death in the family and things are a bit off at the moment on install scheduling. I’m sorry. Trevor Stone Jack Stone Signs". So, this being said this is not how a business should be ran this appointment WAS already scheduled and should not have been moved based on another job. Customer service starts with the customer and word of mouth will destroy a business. I intend on writing a review on every site to ensure NO ONE uses this poor excuse giving company, especially when in an emergency situation. Because the managers here don't schedule appointments when they are down a person in fact they make up excuses as to why they COULDN'T do something. A true business person never lets the customer down, in fact a true business person keeps things going regardless of the circumstances in order to keep the customer satisfied. Clearly with this company the customer is not first, the employees are! It is unfortunate for anyone to face a death but when you run a business you have to keep going. Please take this as an opportunity to make adjustments in your customer service that you provide in the future, but please note we as a company will never use you all and or recommend you to any of our properties as well. Consider this a lost on your end and a lesson in customer service.

We had JackStone Designs build signage for our office suite. They did an absolutely incredible job, delivered in a timely fashion, and completed the install beautifully!Everyone from the Project Manager, Jeff Drummond, to the installers and the electricians could not have been any better to work with. They were all knowledgeable, professional, polite, and accommodating. We could not give this company a higher recommendation!!Debbie
