To fix anything they make you give permission for when your not home instead of working with you so you can be home to watch their workcrew. 1 time they broke in without permission. STAY AWAY!! Especially if your a single female!

Horrible service. The ladies who answer the phones always sound like they're being inconvenienced, just to do their jobs. Work orders for apartments never get fixed in a timely matter. Make sure you keep all your documents and receipts because these people will fight you all the way up to court, knowing they're wrong, just so they can lose.

Rude!!!! people who live in their apartments are just a total inconvenience to them! You ask for information and they have a problem pulling you up. As if my rent doesn't contribute to their salary. I've worked in property management for many of years and I would never make my residents feel as mistreated as this dam company does.

This company is very unprofessional and totally not a career choice for any one . . I put 2 years of hard work in for them and have /had the highest maintenance reports and turn overs that they have had in 20 years. .I put in over a hundred hours of unpaid time and personal time to complete projects and support this company150% . . They are unappreciative and quick to get rid of the employees who really bust there humps and care. The manger is the problem. He blames everyone else for his mistakes and due to that they can't keep professional people working. This company is going down hill fast . .my opinion if u need a job look somewhere else and if you need an apartment, you better have a handyman on speed dial once they employ you or rent to you you become a nobody who can be replaced or evicted. . Very bad company

Jack Trocki Management are so rude and disrespectful. They do nothing for their tenants. They have units where there's no heat for the elderly. When things brake down they does nothing to fix or replace it. They are the definition of slumlords.
