I would recommend JADE Computer Services to any of my friends, as it has come through for me time and again. Several years ago I had a laptop that was on its last leg, and Jim's advice got me set up with a great deal on a new laptop with the appropriate software for my needs and an antivirus recommendation that has proved to be really effective. The service is great, and a real human always answers! Most recently, JADE was able to help me undo an unsolicited, forced online upgrade that had me unable to log into any of my email addresses.
