If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. I spent $400 to fly out to their L.A. office for a final interview, and never heard back from them. Furthermore, only one of the four scheduled interviewers bothered to show up in person. Two called in from home, one citing illness, when he was clearly not ill, and the other citing exhaustion from working late (seriously). No one made any mention of what happened to the fourth person.When someone spends a considerable amount of time and their hard-earned money to speak with you, the bare minimum of human and professional decency is to show up, then send at least a one line e-mail on the outcome of their application. In more than a decade in the digital industry, both in the U.S. and overseas, Jam3 is easily the most unprofessional I've encountered. A company's true integrity is not reflected in the smiles its team shows to paying clients and fawning followers on the surface. It's in how the team behaves when they think no one is watching them.
