Client Review on James Vending

This company is shady and I am extremely disappointed with the way they handled business. My 11 year old son won a voucher for a $100 gift card from a game in which James Vending services. We called the 1800 number to claim the prize. After a month and a half and my son checking the mail everyday we never received the gift card. We then called back to check the status, we were told that this prize was being investigated and that the machine had been tampered with. We were told that they would get back to us which they did not. After giving us the run around for another couple of weeks we were told that they are not honoring the gift card. My son cried and was so upset he had been looking forward to getting his prize. I don't understand how they can run a business this way....I am calling the news to get target 11 to investigate because I heard this is not the first time this has happened. Stay away from their games that promise a prize....BEWARE!!! Don't waste your money!!!
