Client Review on Jennifer Web Design

Feedback:

Talked in-depth on a Friday with Ben about my two business's websites that I needed redone. Said he would have the quote to me sometime by Monday. Never received. Followed up with an email the following Thursday. Never heard back. One of the biggest reasons I wanted to work with a local web design company instead of someone in a different state or country is so they would be reliable and reachable. This is obviously not the company to fill those needs.
