Making our last visit here today. The care is good but the constant waiting because of over booking is ridiculous. We even had a former office manager tell us that over booking is the policy. Over the years we've spent many thousands of dollars here but the thoughtlessness of treating customers this way is counter to smart business practices. We've found another vet who actually values our time. You've lost a long term customer.

Kind of disappointed. Came in for the follow up for my cat as requested by Dr, took 2 minutes to look over the wound that was healing and told me to keep doing what I have been doing. Was charged 24$ for a follow up which felt like a waste of time. Was recommended to do another follow up checkup in a weeks time. Don't think I will because it's gonna be the same information and I'm going to get charged for the 2 minutes of time... Given the circumstances I feel like I shouldn't of been charged anything.Spent a lot of money here on my two cats which is OK, but am really disappointed.Staff is friendly and knowledgeable however I feel robbed.
