Client Review on Jersey City Screen Printing and Embroidery

Feedback:

Although Jersey City does an excellent job with the printing process and makes excellent products, there seems to be no sense of urgency and a lack of good communication amongst the individuals responsible for correspondence via email. I have placed orders twice through Jersey City and both times the orders took far longer than anticipated (and with no tentative amount of time for completion given at the start). As a college student, I feel as if my business is not as appreciated and my time is of no importance to Jersey City.
