If I could give him zero stars I would. I came into the office on Friday and met with Hubert. I expressed the sense of urgency as I need it for Work. He assured me he would have it in 24 hours and said any other place would have it to me in 72 so I took his word and went with it. Saturday Morning I received 2 missed calls, this was before 11am and I had dropped my computer off after Noon the day before.I called back within 30 minutes and he responded "I called you, you didn't answer, the shop is closed now you can pick it up on Tuesday." I said "Oh no, that's not what we agreed to I need it today." He begrudgingly agreed and said, "Fine but you have to pay cash." FineI pick up my Computer, pay the cash and here we are Sunday and the computer is in the same condition if not worse and I am out $160. I call Hubert and his response is again "you have to wait until Tuesday" He reminded me again again how he did me "the favor" of letting me pick it up Saturday and is now taking time out of his day to take my phone call on a Sunday. He refused to acknowledge that if he had done his job Friday, he would have known the computer was not working when he said I could pick it up. Now I'm out $160 and have to wait until Tuesday. However, I will eat the money and take it somewhere else. I will never do business with this man and you shouldn't either.
