I bought his course for $400 which was not a bad course, but I expected a lot more so, as his landing page said I could, I requested a refund within the first 30 days (it was actually the first day) but he denies that his page says that even though I sent him a screenshot, from which I received no response. I have tried multiple times to reach out and resolve the matter, with no response each time. Beware of his false claims and shady customer service.Edit after owner response: Just because I finished it doesn't mean it was good; I was hoping on finding something I found useful. Why is it highly unusual to finish a 2 1/2 hour course so quickly? How long does it take you to finish 2 1/2 hours worth of work? I contacted support and they didn't answer back when I showed him a screenshot of the section of the landing page describing the refund policy. I already reached out. I also filed a claim on my credit card. It's shady when I reach out for a refund, which was clearly stated on the landing page, and I get ignored after being told it does not show it on his home page.
