I called the store in Tomball and Jess answered the phone. She was very courteous and professional over the phone in assisting me in my needs. 10 minutes later the owner Steve called me back. They are family owned and operated and the customer service I received was top notch. When dealing with a family owned and operated business the service is there because they care.

It's not very often that I run across a company that isn't easy to work with. This is one that I would steer clear of. I'm sure that their team is a group of great people but their organization is scary to say the least. I wanted to give them my business and tried for nearly two weeks to place an order but their lack of organization and internal communication kept that order from going through. They made no effort to be helpful. They did not respect me at all. I had told them I needed an estiMated turnaround time on 250 presentation folders. They told me 1-2 weeks. I told my client how long it would take and submitted the order. Crickets... When I follow up, Jonathan (their Tomball manager), blames me for not doing something and gives excuses rather than solutions so I ask to speak to the owner in hopes that we can get the order started. He also gives excuses and then makes no effort to help me out since it was obviously an internal error on their side. Overall, I really wanted it to work out with JK because I really wanted to have a solid relationship with a local printer. Guess I'll keep looking. If Steve actually makes an effort for my business then I will gladly change this review and give him my business. But at this point, it seems he just wants to skate by with subpar service until his business fails in the digital era. Really hope, for his sake, that he changes their business model!

J K Graphics is the best print company I have used in the greater Houston area. The staff is knowledgeable which is something I haven't found at other chain print companies, and they care about my projects. They check their emailed requests often, let me know when my request is completed, and I am able to receive prints and scans within minutes of my requests. I have been to all of their locations, and their service and quality has remained consistent. J K Graphics has the best service and the least expensive prices compared to any other company that I have been to within 30 miles.
