Feedback:

We needed a clean and concise site to showcase our hospitality properties and communicate with potential investors. We even received a private employee portal that helps us keep in constant communication while allowing the hotel managers the ability to maintain their individual properties quickly and easily. Not only has the site done this for us but it continues to be our most valuable digital asset we have as a company.

Feedback:

My feline not-for-profit has grown since moving to JM2. I had gone through a half dozen web designers in Northwest Indiana that didn't listen to what my vision was. Now my vision is coming out and we are prospering. I am so thankful for a company that listens and does what they say they will do.

Feedback:

To say I am happy is an understatement. They went above and beyond and I can tell this is the norm for them. I started a brand new business and they not only created a logo that matched what I wanted but created a branding and marketing guide as part of it. They said it helped them but it's already helping me as I get signs created as that was the first thing the sign company asked for. I now have them managing my everything and when I go on vacation they are ready to step up so that no one realizes I am gone. The customer service is completely through the roof. Best company I could've hoped for!

Feedback:

I hate giving a bad review on businesses but I have to be candid and at times negative reviews are warranted. If you can get your website design and services done by a different company I recommend that you take your business elsewhere. My initial discussion with Kyle from JM2 regarding moving my blog over from Squarespace with the same design and functionality was met with confidence that it could not only be executed but done in a timely manner. I was also told that I wouldn't pay anything until the website was up and running to my full specifications. I, therefore, hired JM2 in December of 2017. My blog wasn't even a year old at the time. I was told that the current look and feel would be replicated and it would run and load faster than the current site. Here we are at the end of June 2018, 6 months later and my site just went live. I was told on February 13, 2018, that it would be complete in an additional week and a half! During the process, I had to constantly follow up through phone calls and emails to get things moving and get the design tailored to my website. There would be long periods where I wouldn't hear back from them and no progress was being made as I checked the test site frequently. I was extremely patient throughout this ordeal. Honestly, I was too patient and understanding. I have a long thread of emails to different people at JM2 Webdesign expressing my frustration. So not only did I waste 6 months but now that it's completed, It does not have the look and feel that I had before, in fact, it's a mess! I feel a web designer should be able to look at a site that's up and running and know what to do in order to duplicate the site. I understand that I should have a say but some things I shouldn't have to communicate. In addition, after my site finally went live 6 months later, I didn't even have access to it! It took almost a week for them to give me access. By this time I was extremely behind with my content so I was anxious to get work done. Well, I couldn't because there was no follow up offered on how to navigate my new website. I had to call and request it from someone else after I sent an email to the designer who never bothered to reply to my request for instructions. It was a constant cycle of lack of communication, execution, and customer service. I'd have them fix something and 2 additional eyesores would pop up. It was exhausting. Also, the functionality just wasn't there. The site was very basic. I couldn't even format and move pictures around. The posts that the web designer moved over from my previous site were not formatted correctly and there was nothing that I could do to fix them. I finally got fed up and redirected my domain back to Squarespace. Now I have to start over from square one. I requested a refund from JM2 and though they were sincerely sorry and admitted their mistakes and lack of customer service they refused to give me a refund since they'd taken the time to build the site. My thing is when you do a poor job and I can't use the site, why should I have to pay for it? I hope that they improve for the next person but I wouldn't feel right without warning others to stay away and look elsewhere.
