I recently purchased a new to me truck from Joelz Cars. My salesman Erick Danley couldn't have made the process any easier for me. I really felt like he did everything he could to make my car buying experience a great one. I was also very impressed with how clean the inside and outside of the truck was, whoever does their detail work is amazing! Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was pleasant and accommodating. I would not hesitate to buy a lifetime of cars from Erick. Thank you again!!!!

Before I bought a used van from them, they allowed me to take the van to an area Belle Tire to have it inspected. Belle Tire found a problem with 1 wheel bearing. The dealers repair shop fixed it within a few hours and had the van ready for me to take. They even worked out the financing through one of the credit unions I deal with. The only problem I had is that they do not negotiate on the advertised price.

Had an absolute great experience working with Eric to purchase my first Jeep! He was helpful, he listened to what I needed to do to be able to purchase the Jeep and he did NOT ask me to move off of where I needed to be. He was NOT PUSHING AT ALL! Eric and Carlos did what they had to to make it work including working with me on a trade in. Very down to earth. This was definitely the best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle! I highly recommend working with Eric for any vehicle purchase! I will go through him the next time I need a vehicle for sure.
