An amazing place to work! JDHW places the employee and their safety first in all things. Thomas Kraus (the supervisor of Dept 36) is a stellar man who communicates effectively with ALL his workers and orchestrates a well oiled symphony of production. Everyone from security to welders are friendly and helpful. It was truly a pleasure to work here. Best shop I have ever had the privilege to be a part of. Safety, quality, production (in that order).
