John Stephens filmed my Mum's funeral service and burial in March 2018. He was totally professional and unobtrusive throughout the event, and perfectly captured the atmosphere with great sensitivity. He used two cameras at the funeral service to record the live band. This required extra editing time in post-production – which he did not charge for. I am very pleased with the final result that is online as a private video (so relatives abroad can watch the funeral), and also on DVD and high-quality USB.

John was brilliant, at very short notice he filmed a funeral so that some relatives in Los Angeles could experience the event. He looked every bit the part professional and produced the top quality results. He was friendly and genuinely interested in the event himself. He even picked me up at the station as I had to travel from London. There was Jazz music to record inside the church and his equipment was high standard so gave excellent recording quality also.

Poor quality video of a funeral. Some of his equipment did not work. Shaky camera work. Tinny sound. Tried to blame the clients for his errors. Not worth the upfront £265 fee. Do not pay until you have seen the results. Not good.
