Client Review on Jones Design Company

Feedback:

1 - I've used them twice, once last year and once recently.2 - Both visits have required reprints due to low-quality shirts.3 - I emailed requesting a quote for "rush" service. They went ahead and rushed (and of course charged me) for service without approval.4 - Yesterday, weeks after my last order, they charged my debit card for over $3000 by mistake (still has not been returned to my account as of 3/9/18.I would not recommend this business. They apparently collect credit card info without client approval and the quality has not been more than mediocre in my experience. I would have refrained from leaving a review based just on the quality of the work but a $3000 unauthorized/fraudulent charge is unacceptable . They say they've refunded the money (still not received) and they have "fixed" the shirts both times but really, who wants to deal with a company that needs a few tries to get it right when there are plenty that deliver on the first try.UPDATE:I have not heard from JDC. The fraudulent transaction that occurred on 3/8 has still not been reversed.I also have not heard anything from the owner about the rush fee.Beware - there are really too many print places to do business with to have to put up with this type of stuff.
