Go somewhere else!My mother hired this clown for her divorce. The divorce was uncontested and there was no real property involved. He charged her an outrageous price for basically doing nothing.He ended up telling her to fill out a form which he never went over with her. She didn't know what she was doing (because she isn't a lawyer) and ended up putting down information that was incorrect and harmful to her position.He took her money and ended up withdrawing from the case a couple of days short of the court date.To make things worse, after he withdrew and we had to start all over from the beginning, we asked for his file on the case and saw that he actually filed for the divorce in the wrong county ... and he made her pay for it!My aunt ended up having to do all the work that he should have done in the first place. Lawyers are supposed to help people in need. This guy took advantage of a woman who was going through a traumatic time in her life and was searching for someone to help her.Find a different lawyer if you need help.
