2018 is the first year I have ordered from Johnny Logo. One item I paid for in the spring never came after being back ordered. At the end of our summer season I contact Johnny Logo to inquire about a refund. He said he would issue me a refund. It is January of 2019 and I still have not received the $700 refund.
