An email was sent to Ms. Edwards of Perry Homes explaining not enough funds would be available as required from closing estimates given a week after singing, therefore no financing obtained. The response was no refund and end of story. So Perry Homes kept $3000 to take home off the market for a week, and then turn around and sell home to others. This review will also be reported to BBB and other rip off sites.
