As a professional and as an artist, Jeffrey is an example of reliability and technical excellence in vision, communication, and collaboration. From bridal, to documentary, and commercial to fine art film and narrative short film, JeffreySmee's competence would be hard to overstate. As a commercial video producer, he is indispensable to creating a vision that clients need and want in the age when video rules the Internet. The way he works seamlessly with any team is a testament to his laid-back, approachable style and attitude, while still getting the work done on time and in budget. And as a director of photography for narrative film, Jeffrrey has a unique, definitive, working style that makes him an excellent executor for any directorial vision, but who is also capable of creating his own compelling visual and narrative statements in the absence of directorial input. Jeff’s videography has brought the memories of our wedding day back to us with vivid clarity. It is true when people say that they don’t remember half of what actually happened during their big day. I am so glad that Jeff and his crew were there to capture moments that I didn’t even know were happening! Jeff was the ultimate professional and very easy to work with. I gave him certain things that I wanted filmed ahead of time, and he went above and beyond my expectation to achieve those goals and more. In our film package, not only did we receive the raw footage, but we also got a featurette teaser a week or two after our wedding day, as well as a nearly 5 minute long video highlighting the most important parts of the ceremony and reception. While wedding planning, I was skeptical to hire a videographer, but I am SO thankful that I came across Jeff’s previous work & I knew that I needed him to be the one to immortalize our magical day! Thank you Jeff for all you have done for Jake and I, we appreciate you and your work, and highly recommend you to any other couple looking for an amazing videographer for their wedding day!

If there were 10 stars I would definitely rate as 10! We used Jeff to help create an Open Enrollment Video and he was awesome! Made the process very easy and delivered a fabulous product to our client. The video saved lots of travel and time as we would normally travel to each location for a meeting over a 3 week timespan.

Jeff is a super nice guy and fantastic to work with. He fulfilled all of our requests and produced beautiful footage of our wedding day. He’s a great communicator and very talented videographer. We received our raw footage within a week of the wedding, and could have received it sooner if we weren’t on our honeymoon. He worked with our needs to give us exactly what we wanted for a very fair price and we appreciated that very much. Highly recommend!

Jeff made a legacy video of my grandma. I am so pleased and thankful for all of his hard work to make the video something we will cherish forever. Jeff made the trip to my grandma's house to capture the perfect scene while my grandma talked about her life. I wouldn't look anywhere else if you're looking for someone to shoot any special moments.
