Is a beautiful place. But service is very weird. I tried to apply there for a job, and when I arrives to there, I ask to the front desk girls about who can gave me some info about how to drop my resume... nobody knows anything. They have not a person that talks to you, or a manager with some info or something... just, they don’t know, and the girl after that, just ignored me and start to talk with other person... that is a very weird production place...

Unprofessional, disorganized company with poor leadership. I was booked for Snapped and sent a document to e-sign on a Sunday morning which stated many bizarre things, including that they had a right to monitor or delete my social media. Seriously? No you cannot monitor my social media and sure as heck cannot delete it! It also stated you could not provide any content to any social media site that contains any product or service endorsements or may be construed as political lobbying. What normal company puts that in an agreement to someone they are paying 100.00/day or as low as 50.00? What business is it of yours if I put products on a social media site or support a political candidate? I emailed the director Robert Ivkovic & Amber Vanderslice Shelton and told them, I can't sign that, I'm a website designer and sell products online. Amber messaged me back and stated "I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. My assistant seems to have attached a policy that was for review to a document that we ask talent to sign. In the past, I’ve only asked that a deal memo be signed. I am currently looking into this matter with the production management team and hope to have it resolved soon. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention"That night I had still not heard back a peep from Jupiter, so I emailed them because the shoot was the next morning and was told "This role has been recast." I had already rescheduled appointments and cleared two days off my schedule and they weren't even going to tell me they cancelled my booking! Stephen Land should be ashamed to operate a business in his hometown that treats people like this, and forces people to sign documents that sound like they were written by a communist dictator. Does this sound normal to you? "If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, you may not view or post any content to any social media site on the internet." So now I'm not allowed to use the internet?This is scary and disturbing that this is going on in a free country under the helm of a local businessman born in our community! Shame on Jupiter Entertainment. No telling how many people signed that and never read it! One last note, a quick search of google reveals that much of the document they sent to talent to sign is word for word from a terms of use policy for a website for a hospital in Pennsylvania! So talent are signing something that is used for a website terms of use. Unreal.

One of the best businesses in Knoxville offering up interesting entertainment and sensational television reenactments. Lots of local actors have benefitted from screentime and experience. The talent at this place is terrific with high-quality tech folks. Kudos to Jupiter for all they do for Knoxville.
