Feedback:

After paying a huge amount for their service and being promised lots, my rankings dropped from my previous SEO. They would not provide proper accounts of what work they actually did and said that most of the money was spent initially in initial on page optimisation - my site was well optimised already and they hardly had to do anything! Really upsetting that I spent all that money.
