Horrible experience! Ordered same day delivery of flowers online for a birthday gift and the florist didn't have the items in stock. Emailed me (instead of calling). I emailed back within 2 hours and never got a response. Called to follow up at the end of the day and they never made the delivery or even bothered to follow up with my email. The owner answered the phone, demonstrated no remorse for the issue and said "Next time call instead of ordering online." Offered to deliver the next day Birthdays only happen one day of the year so that was not even a rational remedy. Everywhere else in the world, flowers get ordered and delivered on time (at least since the turn of the century) except in Cordele, Ga. I suspect this florist didn't WANT to deliver this order based on the location of the deliver but cannot prove it. 800-Flowers has been able to make this same delivery every year for the last 8 years. I'll be using them again next year. Don't bother buying local and supporting the community.

Great guy!!!! Has a wonderful imagination!!! Specialty ....funerals and Weddings and Proms. Want something uniquely your own. ...this is the place for You. Has great selection of cemetery pots. Great selections for gift for the Brides.
