We stopped into this place since we were in the area. Michael meet us at the door and held it open for my family. Even though we were not in the market to buy a home, he took the time to give us a personal tour and answered questions. Our experience here was great and so was Michael. It made me want to buy a new home even though I had one. I wish we would have came here 2 years ago and worked with this salesman. If your looking, come see this guy first.

Wow, is all can say! The quality compared to the others we saw was exceptional. Michael is the most professional and knowledgeable salesman we have meet. If your building a home you need to see this guy. Don't risk it, he will take care of you! My hats off to this Builder and the person that hired this guy is lucky to have this gentleman.

It was an impressive first visit! Made an appointment for the very next day. Every interaction either in person, phone call or email Micheal has been professional & knowledgeable answering all our questions giving us the info. to make a decission without pushing us. We thought we already had another builder picked out until walking into KHov & the product won us over! Excited to say my husband & I met with Micheal last weekend & we are building our dream home with KHov!!
