Watch out for the contract. They are NOT willing to modify it and it is really not good for the home owner. They are better than other builders, but need to be watched to make sure you get the quality you expect. Not all of their crews are equivalent. Excellent sales process. Quality products used in the home. Make sure you have detailed plans, specification, and a drop dead date. You don't want them to start a home and then wait for it to finish. I inspect homes, so this is an honest review.

Gorgeous location and model. Staff is friendly and makes everything a breeze! Highly suggest stopping in, even if you're just looking for a friendly face and design inspiration!
