Rachael has been the "woman behind the curtain" for the majority of our social media efforts over the last year. We have a bit of a niche business that can require some careful dancing around what we can-and-can't say, how we list pricing and discounts, and is generally difficult to continually produce fresh content for (it doesn't appeal to a particularly large audience, and our product's messaging doesn't offer much change). Despite these obstacles, Rachael has taken the time to learn our products and our market so that content delivered is consistently on-point.We've utilized a handful of different social media professionals over the last few years, but none were able to keep the quality as high and process as painless as Rachael. She has a great eye for design and always puts in the time needed to ensure high quality content is created and delivered through all of our social media outlets.I can't recommend her highly enough!
