I can't speak highly enough of Kai Designs. Chris Manasse, who will likely be your point of contact, is timely, tactful, professional and creative. He delivered a wedding video for my husband and I that brought me to tears and is worth more than any price tag. From the unique song selection, the attention to details a bride values, to his confidence in shooting alongside our photographer, it was a homerun. Along the journey of a stressful wedding day, Chris' professionalism yet easy-going nature was highly appreciated. DO contact Kai Designs!

After my current site started breaking, I knew I was in a jam and had to find someone quick who understood my situation, wouldn't take advantage of me and would tell me the truth. I was recommended Kai Designs and they delivered more on their promise and have now become my main site designer and developer. They excel in customer service, communication, follow-through, and creativity. Their goal is to create a "customer for life" and they are fulfilling that with every email I send, call I make or need I have towards my online branding. They are constantly growing and evolving and find ways to keep their clients digital brand following suite. If you are with anyone else, CANCEL that contract ASAP and move to Kai Designs! AMAZING! They've proven to be creative, professional, and excellent in all experiences. They understand the power of referrals and realize that building a site is more than just tasks, it's a brand that represents me and them well. They are always quick to respond, offer competitive pricing, and deliver more than expected. They will ALWAYS take care of you even in those technical moments where you have no idea what just happened (in your site) or what button to push (on your blog)!
