Kanzen computers was great to work with and I will definitely be going back with any of my computer repairs/concerns. I thought I had a bad keyboard on my laptop, but Thomas wanted to make sure that's what it was before ordering the part. He was able to clean up the connection and everything works perfect! He even showed me how to try to fix the problem myself if it occurs again. I got a message a couple days later to make sure that my keyboard was still working. Great customer service and very helpful!
