Client Review on Kaplan Early Learning Company

I ordered a train set through this company and it says “ buy now and get it on 01/23 “ which is my son’s birthday and was planing to surprise him and give it to his on his bday . If I had known it wouldn’t come as promised , I would order it somewhere else . Today is the 01/24 and the tracking number still shows the item “ in transit “ and God knows when it is going to come . I called and left a voicemail , yet no one called me back !!! Thank you guys , I had nothing to give to my son for his bday (“~”).
