I absolutely rate zero star if there's an option. Ryan from Flint Hills Ford Dealer help me hook up with Katalyst to do a vinyl wrap for my vehicle, just a front bumper and a piece trunk lid of my 2014 Mustang. It has been more than a week since Ryan sent the parts to Katalyst on Monday last week. Ryan keep talking to these guys in this whole time. However, the installation is never going to finised. Meanwhile, I still dont get my bumper back. And they told us we need to wait until Thursday if they can't finish it today. I can't believe there's a professional installer needs to take this long to do this simple task. Be honest, I'll never come back again.
