Client Review on KBB Digital

The website that KBB Digital designed for us was great, we were all very impressed. The process to build the website was not a very comfortable experience, we had to sign off on every little detail to move onto the next leaving us feel like we were dealing with lawyers. After launching the website we were inandated with spam on our emails, were told we couldn't add an email unless asking permission from support and every second day were blocked from the server and had to keep calling to be unblocked. We asked for a couple of very minor changes to our website to be told this was costed at an hourly rate and were not alowed full access to be able to change it ourselves. When trying to leave KBB Digital we were told we had to sign off on more paper work and that they would not hand over our back up files until this was done so leaving us feel like a custody case not a buisness relationship. The AdWords campaign ended up costing us double of what we where originally spending and had half the hit rates. When I advised them of this (on more than one occasion) there was no lets sit down and work it out just lets sign off when we said enough. As for SEO we felt that there was a wall between us when trying to explain our key words and areas of importance. It again was back and forth with communication and more importance was on signing off on more legals than listening to us. We are not disgruntled just very very disappointed and would not recommend any buisness go through what we did.
