Client Review on Keep The Edge

We've worked with Keith and Jakub from Keep the Edge on a variety of projects, and we're currently in the process of doing more tracking at the studio. We have been incredibly happy with the results, and feel quite at home whenever we visit Keep the Edge.One of the great things about the studio is its size and sight lines. The drum room, piano room, and an additional small room all have large glass windows facing into the larger live room. This is perfect for bands looking for the dual benefit of playing live while at the same time getting clean separation/isolation of individual instruments.They have lots of great mics and preamps as well (Neumann, Royer, Blue, Sennheiser, Lewitt, Universal Audio, Avalon, Grace, Purple Audio, Lexicon, etc.), and plenty of other gear, including a grand piano,full drum kit, and a vintage Fender Bassman head and cab that'll blow your hair back!It's a convenient location for anyone on the Greater Boston area, easily accessible by public transportation or car, with parking out back. And, bottom line, Keith and Jakub and the rest of the crew are among the nicest most talented people you'll ever meet. If you're looking for high quality production values in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, Keep the Edge is a fantastic choice.(Oh... and Jakub is, like, one of the best fiddle players around, so... they've got that going for them, which is nice!)
