I worked with KELL on a full redesign and rollout of our database plus an integration with our redesigned website. I am not a technologist. From start to finish KELL was an incredible partner in what became a very complex project. Their technical knowledge, professionalism, ability to problem-solve creatively, and their support post-launch was the difference-maker between success (which we had) and complete disaster. This project would not have happened without them. I absolutely recommend the KELL team no matter the size of your organization or project.

We are a growing non profit with no IT staff and limited technical expertise. Kell has been our partner for years. We use their VA services constantly in place of having our own IT staff and they are fast, knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. We have a number of different integrations with third party tools and that naturally leads to issues from time to time. That is always the most challenging thing for technical support -- working across multiple vendors. With Kell - that is not the case. Regardless of where an issue might come from -- they are always willing to take the lead and get it resolved. One thing I will say too is that the people at Kell are across the board - amazing. From our sales contact to our VA manager and all the techs that work behind the scenes, it's always - no problem - and it isn't.
