Overall Feedback:

Our home had been on the market for 6 months with no offers. Even after we dropped our price $20,000 still no activity. As soon as we listed our home with Rain we had an offer, and a back up offer, and then another interested buyer. She has great contacts, a smart marketing plan and knows the market well. Our home is set to close, and the transaction hasn't been simple as it is a short sale. As soon as we listed with Rain we knew we were going to be taken care of and that she knew how to manage a complicated transaction.
