Client Review on Kempfer Court Reporting

This company is neither professional or worth dealing with. Their video system was huge, outdated, and didn't work. There was two extremely disruptive breaks where we waited while the videographer was looking through the operators manual trying to figure out how his time stamp functionality could be fixed. They indicated to me that they did not have a "written" price list, when they were charging me nearly double California prices. When I told them I needed the transcript as soon as possible the day I paid, he indicated that they couldn't provided it to me for multiple hours because the reporter was in an all day deposition - as though they couldn't email it themselves or send the reporter a quick email to do it on the break. Just aggravating to deal with people like this who are jerks. Overall this operation was terrible.
